We glady accept Spafinder, SpaWish and SalonWish Gift Cards!

Spafinder, SpaWish and SalonWish gift cards and certificates are accepted for FULL PRICED SERVICES and RETAIL PRODUCTS. Service appointments must be secured with a validated gift card number and are subject to our deposit and cancellation policy. Any gift card balance will be forfeited in the event of a NO SHOW or missed appointment. There is an accessibility fee of 20% of the gift card face value.  (note: this is not a gratuity for your provider).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Appointments are secured with a valid credit card or cash deposit, gift certificate, pre-paid package or series.
Pre-booked appointments require a non-refundable $35 deposit per hour ($50 for Lash Extension appts). A phone call or voice message is required for all cancellations.

Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice are charged a minimum of $35 per scheduled hour. Declined credit card charges will incur an additional $10 fee and will be invoiced by PayPal. An appointment 'NO SHOW' may be charged a minimum of 50% up to the full price of the service - or - the series session/gift certificate may be forfeited.

Pre-paid deposits and/or cancellation fees made by cash or credit card authorizations are non-refundable.

Reminder emails and/or text messages are sent automatically and confirmation calls are gladly made by request.

Your presentation of any form of deposit confirms your acknowlegement of this policy and acts as authorization to charge any credit card on file according to this policy.

RETURN POLICY:
Products and retail item returns are allowed within 30 DAYS with original receipt for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Products and retail items purchased with a Spa Finder, Spa Wish or Salon Wish gift card are NON-REFUNDABLE.
